A-1 Self Storage is seeking a Highly Motivated Couple for a Self Storage Resident Managers Position in Albuquerque, NM.

Both employees must live on site together; in company residence. (2 bedroom mobile home; up to 3 residents, per fire code)
Residence included at a minimal $50 a month fee; to include utilities!
We pay competitive wages to our employees! Paid Vacation and Sick Leave.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position is a 2-person team position. There must be 2 of you to apply.
Prior Self-Storage experience not necessary, but is a plus!
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is not necessary, but is a plus!
Organized with attention to detail and follow-through a must
Positive attitude a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills (proficient in Excel, Word, Email, etc.) required
Must be able to multi-task with the ability to adapt to unexpected situations
Must have own transportation, valid US driver's license, valid car registration, and current car insurance
High School Diploma required
Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:30 am to 5 pm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing all onsite operations
Collect rent and resolve delinquent accounts
Prepare rental agreements
Daily cleaning of property to include pulling weeds; picking up trash, cleaning hallways, blowing exterior of property, etc… in order to maintain excellent curb appeal
Work at other locations, as needed, as fill in manager or to help with maintenance
Other duties as assigned
Final offer of employment is contingent on successful background check; clean drug test; credit check; and medical questionnaire.
